Appointment booking guide

By using the above booking tool, you are committing your appointment to our schedule. If you need to modify your appointment after securing a date and time, please contact the office as soon as possible. Please note that we require more than 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

We offer TeleHealth (virtual visits) for cosmetic concerns, cosmetic pharmaceutical visits and limited medical visits. New visits via insurance-based reimbursement are not available at this time. Consultations for Laser Tattoo Removal and Laser Hair Removal will continue to be offered via TeleHealth (virtual visits) only. Our consultation fee is $250 and is non-refundable.

A new patient is an individual who has not been seen by our practice, or hasn’t been active with the practice, in the last 3 years. If you have not been seen by our practice in the last 3 years, you will be considering a new patient by insurance standards. In this event choose one of the ‘New Patient’ options under Patient Type when booking.

All new patients must complete registration within our secure Patient Portal. After booking you will receive a text message and/or email with a link to register for our patient portal. Follow the in-app guide to complete your the appropriate forms at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Incomplete registration may result in cancellation of your appointment.

If you’re scheduling a TeleHealth visit you will use the booking confirmation link, sent via email and/or text message, to connect to your virtual visit at your scheduled time. It’s best to use a device with audio and video capabilities for your TeleHealth visit. TeleHealth appointments are available to residents of Nebraska, Nevada, Tennessee and Hawaii only. Please note that all available appointments are in Central Standard Time (CST/CDT).

Insurance coverage

Prior to your visit, please upload pictures of the front and back of your insurance card to the Patient Portal, text the photos to (402) 334-7546 or email the attachments to clinic@LovelySkin.com.

Please be sure to contact your health insurance provider to ensure that we are In-Network with your plan and that your plan has Telehealth coverage, if applicable. As the world of Health care evolves so does coverage for services, including TeleHealth, so be sure to consult your health insurance benefits. At the time of booking your visit we will pre-collect the visit fee. When your insurance claim is processed and any amount is paid by your plan resulting in an overpayment you will be reimbursed appropriately.

Cancellations

We require 48 hours’ cancellation notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. If you do not give sufficient cancellation notice or if you no-show your appointment you will forfeit the pre-collected visit fee, up to $250, or will be charged the visit fee appropriate to your appointment. These fees are non-refundable.
