Appointment booking guide
By using the above booking tool, you are committing your appointment to our schedule. If you need to modify your appointment after securing a date and time, please contact the office as soon as possible. Please note that we require more than 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
LovelySkin Spa is under the direction of Dr. Joel Schlessinger therefore new patients must complete registration within our secure Patient Portal. You will receive a text and/or email with a link to register for our patient portal immediately after booking your appointment. Follow the in-app guide to complete the Med Spa Medical Questionnaire and HIPAA consent forms at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Incomplete registration may result in cancellation of your appointment.
Cancellations
We require 48 hours’ cancellation notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. If you do not give sufficient cancellation notice or if you no-show your appointment you will forfeit the pre-collected visit fee, up to $250, or will be charged the visit fee appropriate to your appointment. These fees are non-refundable.
